Episode Overview
In this episode, Chris receives a promotion from garbage collector to third assistant. However, things take a turn when he’s tasked with watching the house while Jeff is out, and the cat, Monkey, goes missing, prompting Jeff to reconsider his choice. Meanwhile, Jeff’s house is finally ready for the public, and everyone is eager for a quick sale. Zoila comes to the rescue by locating Monkey, but Jeff then sends Stephen to the vet for Monkey's acupuncture treatment. At the office, Ryan and Jeff are awaiting access to their new project, but the current owner is slow to vacate. After some persuasion and assistance with the owner’s numerous boxes, Jeff can finally start the demolition and kick off his next house flip.
