Flipping Out (2007)

Episode Overview

Valley Oak One remains unsold, and Jeff is running low on funds. In a bid to secure some cash, he tries to persuade Ryan to sell his house, but Ryan declines. Jeff then challenges him to a wager: the first to sell their home gets to move into Nottingham, an extravagant estate currently being renovated. Meanwhile, losing faith in his psychic, Jeff hires a new one to bless Las Palmas, another completed property. At Valley Oak 2, a miscommunication leads to landscapers mistakenly cutting down a large tree, infuriating both Jeff and Ryan. Shortly after, Ryan sells his house and plans to move to Nottingham, leaving Jeff feeling envious.
