Episode Overview

With their finances dwindling and construction on Nottingham ongoing, Jeff and his team are in dire need of a sale. Offers start coming in for Valley Oak One, but they fall short of Jeff's expectations. In a lighter moment, Jeff indulges his dogs with massages and takes Ryan and the team out for lunch. On site, he haggles with his crew for the best rates while reprimanding his contractor for arriving two hours late. Later, Jeff and Ryan drive to Long Beach to see Jeff’s father, a real estate developer with a different vision. They share ambition but have contrasting goals. Back in Los Angeles, fortunes shift when a new offer for Valley Oak One approaches Jeff's asking price. After some negotiation, just five thousand dollars stands between him and closing the deal. With the help of his agents, Boni and Carrie, the sale is finalized, and Jeff and Zoila start making plans to move to Ben Lomond.
