Episode Overview
As Ryan rushes to complete Nottingham before his moving day, Jeff learns that a deal has been finalized: Valley Oak One has officially sold. At the same time, an offer comes in for Las Palmas, but the buyer's inspector presents a lengthy list of issues that Jeff must tackle. Standing firm, he navigates the situation and successfully sells both properties. Ryan and Jeff then head to Palm Springs to consult with realtors and gauge the market. While Jeff is eager to invest, Ryan doubts Palm Springs’ stability. Upon their return, Jeff finds out that Chris has been using his computer without permission, leading to Chris's demotion. Additionally, Jeff continues to tease Stephen about his lunch order. As Ryan gets ready to move into Nottingham, Jeff starts packing for his own move to Ben Lomond.
