Episode Overview

As Jeff and Ryan prepare for their upcoming move, they scramble to finalize details at Nottingham, Vally Oak One, and Ben Lomond. Jeff and Chris clash over cat waste scoopers, while Ryan works hard to ensure the transition goes without a hitch. Jeff and Jenni contemplate making Stephen a part-time employee, and the team receives an invitation to a "We Appreciate You" cocktail party on their final night at Valley Oak One. Ryan relocates his family to Nottingham, where a psychic blesses the new home, but trouble arises when Ryan finds a leak in the living room roof. Jeff opts to transition Stephen to part-time, and Chris finally confronts Jeff about cleaning human waste under the Ben Lomond house. The team gathers for cocktails and dancing at the empty Valley Oak One, where Jeff emotionally thanks each member for their hard work and patience.
