Episode Overview
Eager to stop relying on friends’ couches and find her own stylish apartment, urban single Catherine is on a mission for the perfect bachelorette pad. With high expectations and a tendency to second-guess herself, she leans on her supportive best friend, Viviane, to help her stay focused and maximize her budget. Initially, the Property Brothers persuade Catherine, who is cautious about renovations, that a fixer-upper could be her best option. Drew’s challenge is to help her prioritize her must-haves to find a condo with solid potential. However, an unexpected discovery in the kitchen wall leads to an expensive setback. Jonathan steps in to motivate Catherine to make firm decisions and truly claim her new space.
