Eager to break free from the cramped quarters and settle into a vibrant new neighborhood, they decide to combine their finances in search of a chic downtown residence where they can host gatherings. However, they soon discover that their dream home is far beyond their budget. Property Brothers Jonathan and Drew step in to encourage the renovation-wary sisters to consider a fixer-upper. Drew presents several older homes with solid foundations, but convincing Krista and Jennifer of their potential is no easy task.
