With their first child on the way and tired of their cramped city condo, Derek and Jennifer are in a race against time to find a spacious home in a family-friendly lakeside area. Drew and Jonathan assure them they’ll find the perfect place to settle down. Excited by the brothers’ approach to renovations, the couple eagerly embarks on an ambitious house hunt. However, convincing them to appreciate the potential in run-down properties proves challenging. As they face the possibility of competing offers, Drew makes a heartfelt appeal to the seller. Meanwhile, Jonathan encounters numerous setbacks that threaten both the budget and design plans, and a surprise delivery turns everything upside down.
