Their search for a new home has proven to be more challenging than anticipated, as they've submitted several offers only to be outbid each time. With their struggle in mind, Jonathan and Drew step in to provide expert real estate advice. Realizing a move-in ready home is out of reach, they pivot towards a charming fixer-upper. However, the couple soon finds themselves embroiled in another bidding war. As Jonathan discovers unexpected issues with the property, he commits to transforming Ben into a skilled handyman.
