Episode Overview

As Halloween nears, Mayor Courtney Rose and Police Chief Fox clash over plans for the community's inaugural spook-tacular event at City Hall. During the festivities, Courtney realizes that hosting a party for kids isn't a solution to Fort Grey's deeper issues and decides to collaborate with Chief Fox moving forward. Meanwhile, Dina embraces the Halloween spirit by donning a costume inspired by Congresswoman Maxine Waters, while Jermaine and T.K. attempt to prank Val. However, Val turns the tables on the duo, ultimately outsmarting them in their own prank war.
