Fort Grey's public transit system comes to a standstill as the bus driver’s union initiates a strike, leaving Courtney struggling to keep up with Amber, the determined Transit Union lawyer who teaches him that mere charm and Val's tips won't suffice for a new agreement. Meanwhile, T.K. and Jermaine try to address the chaos by organizing a focus group, which spirals out of control. On another front, Dina and her two close friends eagerly anticipate their yearly ritual of taking a sick day for self-pampering, but their plans are unexpectedly thrown off course by a series of unforeseen events.
