Episode Overview

Sherman forgets to turn off the bathtub faucet, causing water to overflow and crash through the ceiling below. Mr. Mooney manipulates Lucy into believing that Viv is responsible, leading them to threaten Viv with eviction unless she covers the repair costs. While reviewing their lease, they discover a clause stating that after five years, tenants can have the rent counted as a down payment on the house if they choose. Viv cleverly leads Mr. Mooney and Lucy to think she plans to take the option, prompting them to attempt to sneakily take it from her while she sleeps.
