Episode Overview

Rudi and Helena manage to break free from a grim march of Jews heading to Babi Yar. Their escape leads them to a hayloft where a group of Jewish partisans comes to their aid. Meanwhile, Erik Dorf participates in a high-level Nazi meeting where Heydrich outlines the chilling plans for the extermination of Jews across Europe. Karl Weiss finds himself moved to Theresienstadt, a camp the Germans showcase to the Red Cross and neutral observers to feign humane treatment of Jews. There, Karl discovers that his fellow artists are crafting propaganda art during the day, while at night, they secretly document the camp's harsh realities through their drawings.
