Episode Overview

Helena is overjoyed when her high school best friend, Sandra, comes back to New Gotham. However, the Birds face a troubling string of murders linked to Batgirl's arch-enemy, Lady Shiva. Eager to confront Lady Shiva on equal footing, Barbara decides to revive her Batgirl persona. She begins to explore new technology that will enable her to move independently from her wheelchair.
