Episode Overview

After a contract is placed on the notorious mobster Al Hawke, he turns to his son, Detective Reese, the only person he believes can keep him safe. Desperate for assistance, Reese seeks out Helena. However, when Helena discovers that Reese's father is responsible for the death of Dinah's mother, Black Canary, she finds herself torn between her loyalty to Reese and her feelings of vengeance for Dinah's loss.
