Episode Overview

Arthur can't wait for his birthday to arrive. After picking up decorations and treats, he creates invitations and hands them out at school. Just when he's feeling proud, he discovers that Muffy is throwing her party on the exact same day and time. This sparks a fierce rivalry between the boys and girls in Mr. Ratburn's class. Luckily, Francine and Arthur come up with an ingenious plan to resolve the conflict.
