Episode Overview

Francine has always been stuck with the least desirable parts in school productions, prompting her classmates to urge Mr. Ratburn to assign her a more prominent role in the upcoming play about Thomas Edison. To her delight, Francine is cast as Edison himself. She becomes so absorbed in her character that she begins to dictate every aspect of the play, even belittling her friends in the process. Hurt and frustrated, her classmates decide to teach her a lesson about the importance of considering their feelings and needs as well.
