Twenty-five-year-old nurse Linda Forney and her beloved dog, Cocoa Gin, embark on an adventure to discover the Grand Canyon, one of the world’s seven natural wonders. However, while en route to a nearby Native American village, Linda takes a wrong turn, leaving her lost and without food or water. As she wanders deeper into the intricate network of sub-canyons, the sweltering temperatures soar above 100 degrees, and she faces the threats of wild animals. Weeks without adequate hydration and nourishment push Linda to the brink of death, and she soon finds herself trapped in a canyon with no escape.
