Titanic: Blood and Steel (2012)
S01E06 The Imposter
Episode Overview
The aftermath of the accident brings overwhelming pressure, heightening class tensions. In a rare moment of cooperation, Pirrie and Michael find common ground to ease workers' frustrations, but it does little to satisfy the powerful Charles Stokes. Meanwhile, Emily's younger brother, Conor MacCann, spirals into radicalism after losing his job and joins the Fenian movement. Mark proposes a double hull design for the Titanic, but Pirrie dismisses it as an unnecessary delay. Seeking solace, Mark takes Sofia on a romantic getaway, momentarily escaping their troubles. However, Henry Carlton uncovers Mark's true identity and confronts him, furious that his daughter Kitty has been involved with a Catholic fraud. Disowned, Kitty decides to leave Belfast, and upon Mark’s return, he is called in and dismissed.
