Episode Overview
Millie Cotton, the governor's daughter, has fled her home and ended up in Laramie. In need of cash, she holds Owny at knifepoint in an alley using her hairbrush, leaving both of them frightened. Owny later describes the robber as a massive, menacing figure. Meanwhile, Dan, who has been asked to keep an eye out for the governor's daughter, spots Millie singing for Lily and praises her beautiful voice. Owny is captivated by her, unaware that she is the same person who robbed him. When he learns the truth, his feelings of betrayal emerge. Chaos ensues later when an escaped convict, Millie, Owny, his horse, and his dog all converge, creating a whirlwind of confusion before everything is resolved.
