Overview
The Invisible Man is a captivating Sci-Fi series that aired from June 9, 2000, to February 1, 2002, featuring Vincent Ventresca as the lead character, Darien Fawkes. Facing a lengthy prison sentence, Darien is recruited by a struggling spy agency and receives a "Quicksilver gland" implant that grants him the ability to become invisible. This unique power comes at a cost; the gland, sabotaged by scientist Arnaud DeFehrn, releases a neurotoxin that leads to severe psychological issues. To maintain his sanity, Darien depends on regular doses of a counteragent provided by the agency. The show ran for two seasons before cancellation due to financial constraints and internal conflicts.
