Episode Overview
To increase the Agency's funds, the Official devises a scheme involving himself, the Keeper, and Hobbes, targeting one of Arnaud's casinos. Using Darian's ability to turn invisible, they initially succeed, but Darian chooses to pilfer the remaining $7 million for himself. When the Official confronts him, Darian denies his actions, leading the Official to cut off his access to the counteragent. Arnaud then reaches out to Darian, offering the counteragent in exchange for the stolen cash. With the madness of quicksilver creeping in, Darian considers the deal, but Arnaud soon vanishes. Seeking answers, Darian speaks with Arnaud's imprisoned brother, Huiclov, who suggests a doctor Arnaud had been seeing. Darian heads to the hospital, his eyes already showing signs of madness.
