Episode Overview

Adam returns to South Australia, exploring the Eyre Peninsula, a place filled with memories from his childhood summers. He begins his journey in the southern Flinders Ranges, traveling south from Port Augusta to Port Lincoln. Along the way, he visits Whyalla, his father's hometown, reminiscing about the past. He reconnects with oyster farmer Lester Marshall and local fisherman Neil Evans. After successfully catching the renowned King George whiting, Adam heads to a stunning salt lake. There, he prepares his take on traditional fish and chips using the fresh whiting he just caught.
