Expect surprises on this journey through the Northern Territory. Beginning at Uluru, the heart of Australia, Adam discovers a tranquil Vietnamese garden hidden in the desert, visits a butcher who catches perch right in his backyard, and meets an outback chef who crafts a unique set of knives using his backyard forge. Initially daunted by the idea of butchering a crocodile, Adam quickly adapts and successfully prepares a fillet for a prawn and crocodile laksa. Later, while exploring the stunning waters of Nitmiluk Gorge, he catches a barramundi, which he cooks at a stunning location near Edith Falls.
