Episode Overview

Adam's adventure around Rockhampton is filled with delightful surprises. He kicks off his journey at a petrol station renowned for its delicious crab sandwiches. Along the way, he encounters a fourth-generation farmer who grows ginger and watermelon, and visits a couple who cultivate macadamias for their ice cream. A stop at the well-known Eumundi Markets allows him to gather ingredients for a stunning golden pavlova. After snagging some of the local Moreton Bay bugs, Adam jumps back into his 4WD and takes a ferry to Moreton Island, ready for some coastal exploration and cooking.
