Poof has contracted the highly contagious Chicken Poofs disease, which transforms him into a chicken. Unfortunately, anyone he sneezes on also turns into a chicken. In a panic, he escapes from the hospital, prompting Timmy and Cosmo to rush after him to prevent him from turning all of Dimmsdale into poultry. Meanwhile, Wanda and Dr. Rip Studwell are on a mission to find a cure for this bizarre outbreak.
