Timmy enlists Cupid's assistance to capture Trixie Tang's heart, but discovers Cupid is away on holiday. In his absence, Timmy has Cosmo step in as the love deity, but things go awry when Cosmo's magic results in him, Wanda, Mr. and Mrs. Turner, and Mr. Crocker developing intense infatuations with a variety of unexpected objects and ideas instead.
