Episode Overview
Jo faces off against a disengaged mother whose home life has spiraled into chaos. Lisa and Steve Daniels have six lovely kids, ages 2 to 13, but their family dynamic is anything but harmonious. The household is rife with spitting, cursing, fighting, and threats among the children. Lisa believes her middle daughter, Alexus, behaves like "a wild animal," and blames her oldest daughter, 12-year-old Halley, for much of the trouble. However, Halley often reacts to Alexus' provocations and seems unfairly burdened with chores, unlike her siblings. Meanwhile, 13-year-old Josh escapes to his room, leaving his five sisters to wreak havoc in a dinner scene filled with food fights and disorder, while their parents have resigned themselves to the mayhem.
