Highlander: The Raven (1998)

Episode Overview

An Immortal named John Ray Fielding tracks down and murders Donald Magnus, the brother of Nick's old captain, Carl Magnus. Fielding, a soldier, seeks revenge for his fallen comrades who were killed by Donald during a friendly fire incident in the Gulf War. Through flashbacks, we learn that Fielding first "died" when Amanda took crucial orders from him, leading to the death of him and his men. Now bent on vengeance, Fielding targets Amanda. Overcome with guilt for her past actions, she surrenders to him. Just as he prepares to behead her, Nick persuades him that Amanda has "died with honor," prompting Fielding to honor her bravery and leave.
