Episode Overview

When a hospital patient dies under mysterious circumstances, it sparks an investigation into other patients who were thought to have died of natural causes, but now seem to have been victims of foul play. Tony begins to suspect that the murderer could be someone who thinks they are alleviating the victims' suffering for religious reasons. At the same time, the possibility of Islamic terrorists being involved brings MI5 into the case. Meanwhile, Carol faces scrutiny and turns to Tony for assistance in protecting her job.
