The discovery of a young prostitute's body sends clinical psychologist Dr. Tony Hill into a frenzy of comparisons with the crimes of imprisoned serial killer Derek Tyler. While Tyler is undoubtedly innocent of this latest murder, the chilling parallels can't be overlooked—each victim shares striking similarities: young, blonde, restrained, and left to bleed out. Although diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic, Tony begins to suspect that Tyler wasn’t acting on delusions but was instead following orders from another source. The investigation quickly escalates as the case unfolds.
