Episode Overview

Chester, another patient battling AIDS, inspires Jesse to embrace life instead of succumbing to despair. He organizes game shows with fellow patients, humorously mocks the overly optimistic comments from doctors, and shares his love for singing. When Becca expresses doubts about attending Brown University, Jesse protests, insisting that he wouldn’t want to be a burden to her. Tragically, Chester loses his life after a friendly race with Jesse on the hospital rooftop.
