Paramedics Scott and Alex respond to a severe car crash, and Scott's unease grows when he realizes Rebecca's parents are among those injured. The victims are quick to point fingers, but Scott notices a common thread: they all blame Rebecca's father, Lindsay Green, suggesting he was reckless and possibly intoxicated. At All Saints, Rebecca rushes to her parents but is unsettled when her dad urges her to steal his blood sample to avoid police scrutiny. Torn between loyalty to her father and her professional ethics, she faces a tough choice. Meanwhile, Nelson and Leanne's relationship hits a breaking point, and Colin is furious when he discovers that Terri and Charlotte violated hospital protocols, threatening Terri with termination. Additionally, Sterlo tries to conceal a football injury, but when Paula discovers the truth, it leads her to rethink her approach to his well-being.
