Episode Overview

After being in a car accident with her son, a woman confronts a haunting childhood fear when she struggles to accept the hospital staff's assurance that he has survived. Meanwhile, Terri's attempts to assist her neighbor Carmen take a disastrous turn when Carmen is admitted to the Psychiatric Ward. Complicating matters further is the arrival of Frances Regan, a new nurse who has traveled across the globe to join her close friend Bron, but her arrival coincides with a tumultuous time.
