Episode Overview

Fox finds himself adrift on a log and eventually hops onto a boat that carries him to a bustling town. Overwhelmed by the presence of humans, he quickly jumps off and seeks refuge among the crowd. In his search for safety, he encounters a cat named Tom, who offers him shelter in exchange for help catching rats. However, Fox’s hiding spot in a box is inadvertently lifted by a truck, prompting him to escape into a nearby field. There, a kind Horse warns him about the dangers of hunting in the area. After settling into an empty den for a nap, he’s startled awake by the presence of a Vixen. Meanwhile, the fieldmice grieve as a butcher bird has taken their newborns.
