Wildfire (2005)

Episode Overview

A wildfire spirals out of control, injuring another horse during a practice race, which sends Jean into a panic over the ranch's future due to mounting vet bills and an upcoming IRS audit. Feeling guilty, Kris takes a job as a waitress at the local diner. Meanwhile, Matt dives deeper into gambling, leaving Dani frustrated again when he backs out of their plans. At the diner, Dani confronts Kris, provoking her as she flirts with Bobby. When Kris sees Bobby pushing Dani, she intervenes and punches him, resulting in her immediate firing by the diner owner. To make matters worse, Jean warns Kris they might have to sell Wildfire to keep the ranch afloat.
