Rumors swirl around the gang, convincing them that Bruce's uncle is a renowned Hollywood director. Eager to land a part, Jessica hastily sends a review of her performance as Lady Macbeth to Andy Patman without actually reading it, only to be criticized by her sister for going overboard. Frustrated, she blames Liz for her missed opportunity, especially when Lila, who portrayed Witch #2, gets cast. In an effort to fix things, Liz approaches Andy Patman, but unexpectedly ends up securing Jessica a role—in a commercial instead.
