Episode Overview
After evading authorities for six weeks in Galveston, Texas, Robert Durst is captured on a store's security footage in Pennsylvania, where he steals a sandwich. He is swiftly returned to Galveston to face trial for the murder of his neighbor, Morris Black. Durst claims he killed Black in self-defense, ultimately leading to his acquittal. However, his story takes an intriguing turn when he participates in the six-part series "The Jinx." In the final episode, he is recorded in the bathroom saying, "killed them all, of course." Before the episode is broadcast, he is arrested for the murder of his close friend, Susan Berman. As he prepares for trial in Los Angeles, will his own words prove to be his downfall?
