Episode Overview

During the scorching heat of spring and summer in 1985 California, a brutal murderer roamed free. Known as the Night Stalker, he was connected to at least 15 killings, targeting victims of all ages and backgrounds, from children to the elderly, wealthy to impoverished. A breakthrough came when a teenage boy provided crucial information, revealing the Night Stalker's identity. Just a day later, a furious mob of locals managed to find and capture him. However, the man who instilled fear across the nation for over a year still had more to unfold, as his trial brought bizarre twists that left many questioning if he would truly face justice.
