Episode Overview

Deputy Chief Steven Seagal collaborates with the narcotics unit to conduct an undercover operation targeting a drug dealer. However, they soon discover that not everyone involved is on the wrong side of the law. After encountering three young men who turn out to be upstanding citizens, Steven extends an invitation to them for a large picnic hosted by the Sheriff's office. There, he and the SWAT team showcase a thrilling hostage rescue demonstration, adding excitement to the day’s festivities.
