Episode Overview

Deputy Chief Steven Seagal and his team quickly respond to a drive-by shooting, discovering a man has been killed. Just moments later, they are called to another shooting scene where a man is found dead in his vehicle. With two murders occurring within the hour, the unit is on edge. When they encounter four young men out late, Steven delivers a serious warning. However, the following night, he confronts two of them again and discovers they're dealing drugs, leading to an even harsher reprimand. Meanwhile, Steven must return to Hollywood to start filming his next movie.
