Deputy Steven Seagal and his team witness a car barreling down the road, veering dangerously into oncoming traffic. They can only stand by in shock as a terrible head-on crash occurs right in front of them. Following this, the team shifts their focus to tracking down a suspect linked to a double homicide. Their day takes another turn when they stumble upon another vehicle collision.
