Episode Overview
Ginoza has a meeting with the head of the Public Security Bureau regarding Makishima, who discreetly informs him about the true perpetrator of the Specimen Case from three years ago, Touma Kouzoburou, who is also "criminally asymptomatic" like Makishima. She instructs him to keep any suspicions under wraps and commands him to apprehend Makishima. After attending Yuki's funeral, Akane decides to undergo a 'Memory Scoop' to recreate a likeness of Makishima based on her memories from the incident, despite warnings about the potential risks to her Psycho-Pass. The process brings back painful memories, but ultimately, it is successful and does not adversely affect her Psycho-Pass, yielding an image of Makishima to assist in the ongoing investigation. Later, Ginoza talks with Masaoka, who turns out to be his father, about Akane's ability to maintain clarity in her Psycho-Pass.
