A fierce storm wreaks havoc on Mayor Pelican's home, leaving him in need of shelter. For the next couple of days, Blinky reluctantly hosts the mayor, which leads to a series of complications. When Mrs. Koala discovers that Blinky has been using her supplies, she devises a clever scheme to give him a taste of his own medicine.
