After Blinky struggles to give Splodge a proper hairstyle, Daisy decides to launch her own Beauty Boutique. However, a strange occurrence arises as residents begin to sport green hair and black spots, leading Greenpatch to suspect Daisy is behind it. Determined to uncover the truth, Blinky digs deeper and discovers that a leak from Danny's cosmetics machine is contaminating the river, causing the unusual hair color and spots.
