Episode Overview
Robin makes a surprising return to Cheers, now broke and having abandoned his former greedy lifestyle. He’s given away the $6 million he had stashed in Rebecca’s desk and has chosen a life of simplicity. However, he still harbors feelings for Rebecca, who, in turn, seems to have a lingering affection for him—or at least for the money she believes he still possesses. Convinced he’s merely testing her, Rebecca is unaware of his generosity. Meanwhile, Robin hints to the group that he has hidden another money belt with $6 million in the bar. Sam, Carla, Frasier, Norm, and Cliff frantically search the bar, turning against one another in their quest for the cash. They initially suspect it was lost in a fire but later connect the dots to retired Fire Captain Dobbins, suspecting he might have stolen it.
