Bill requests Cissy to watch the twins while he and French head out. However, when her boyfriend calls with an invitation for a trip, she quickly finds someone else to fill in for her and leaves. Unfortunately, the substitute can’t make it due to a snowstorm, leaving Bill and French in a bind.
