Episode Overview
In the late hours of the night, a frantic 911 call from a black woman alerts authorities that a man is pursuing her with a firearm, but the line suddenly disconnects. Officer Jason Tkach from District 2 responds to the urgent situation on River Cove. Just as the woman begins to provide her location, the call drops. Meanwhile, other incidents unfold, including a car theft connected to crack cocaine and a disturbance at a liquor store. The events span across both Ft. Worth, TX, and Tampa, FL, on March 16, 2002.
