(Pierce County, WA - 12:02 AM Armed Robbery Alert) Officer Joe Kolp establishes a perimeter as Officer Russ Martin responds to a report of a theft. A man is found with his employer's truck and has stolen tools, including a nail gun. K-9 Officer Chris Karl from Tacoma joins the search, locating the suspect asleep under a blanket by a fence. When Joe pulls the blanket away, the man resists, resulting in three taser deployments. He claims ignorance about the situation despite a bloody nose and is eventually cuffed. The Lakewood Fire Department treats his injury. A second suspect is discovered hiding in a decrepit house. After bringing in the K-9, he surrenders and is apprehended with the stolen items.
