(Pierce County, WA - 1:43 AM - Noise Complaint) At the South Hill Precinct, Deputy Patrick Davidson patrols a low-cop area filled with drug users. He responds to a disturbance call from a drunken Tim in Apartment 21. When Pat arrives, Tim flees but is apprehended nearby with Deputy Eugene Abaun's help. Tim panicked, thinking they were after him, and had been awake for 4-5 days, barefoot and struggling to walk due to swollen feet. A chronic user since 26, he’s not on probation but has a history of bipolar disorder. With the landlord demanding his departure, they ultimately decide to let him go.
